The PR Management service includes all the activities related to the management of the social media, newspapers as well as the TV & Radio presence of the talents.

Basketball Dream GmbH will play a mentor role for the talents helping them enhancing the soft skills that are as important as the basketball skills for a successful career. It covers the following areas particularly:

- Stress Management
- Mindset Training
Sponsorship
Basketball Dream GmbH engage into sponsoring the talent and acquire further sponsors for the talent.
Legal Advisory
The above-mentioned service covers all legal issues regarding the basketball career of the talent, while being under contract with Basketball Dream GmbH.
Skill Training
The “youth talent development chapter” describe the scope and processes related to the skills training activities. Anyhow, within the Youth Management talent contract, the talent will benefit 100 hours of training
The Player with a talent management contract have priority on the training slots available.
Personal Brand
Basketball Dream engage into creating merchandising material and provide advertising activities platforms for the talent.
Pricing
A contract between Basketball Dream GmbH and the player respectively parents defines the service package.
Following pricing grid will apply depending on the duration of the contract. The Variable duration of the contract plays an important role as Basketball Dream GmbH seek long term and trustful relationships with its talents and therefore rewards continuity.
